Affirmations
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts (sexual assault survivors have A LOT of those).
When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes in your life.

When affirmations are combined with breath work, they become even more impactful.
